The Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO) Program provides funding for afterschool and summer school enrichment programs for kindergarten (including transitional kindergarten) through sixth grade.
Criteria to Access
ELOP is specifically designated for TK-6th grade students that are classified:
Low-income students
English Learners
Foster Youth
